PRODUCTS WE MANUFACTURE
We manufacture a full range of corrugated paper carton forms right here in Denver, Colorado. With over five decades of involvement building structural concrete foundations on expansive soils, we know how important it is to have trusted carton forms with schedules that are tight.
Whether it’s a slab, wall, pier cap, or step-down foundation, our void forms are hand-built for consistency and can be delivered to the jobsite when you expect them — no surprises.
FOOTING FORMS
Footing forms are corrugated paper forms that create engineered void space beneath structural footings and precast concrete panels, helping concrete foundations perform as intended in expansive soils. Each standard piece has sealed end caps that prevent the flow of concrete into the form.
WALL FORMS
Wall void forms are corrugated paper forms that are designed to create the required void space beneath structural walls and beams in expansive soil conditions. Built by hand for consistent performance, our wall forms can support liquid concrete pours to any specified height.
PLASTIC SOIL RETAINERS
Plastic Soil Retainers are used to prevent backfill soils from pushing into the void space along slab edges, walls, and grade beams. Made from durable, moisture-resistant polypropylene, these retainers maintain their shape, hold back lateral pressures, and helps preserve the formed void space.
PIER FORMS
Pier forms are hand-assembled, corrugated paper forms, made to correctly fit under pier caps and around the shape of drilled piers when extending above the ground surface. The use of these products eliminates the uplifting pressures on piers, caused by underlying expansive soils.
Slab void forms are corrugated paper void forms that create a required voided space beneath structural slabs, protecting foundations from expansive soils. The hand-assembled interiors are designed to support engineered loads. The structural slab is shored by the forms until it is self-supporting.
SLAB FORMS
PROTECTION BOARD
Protection board is a 1/4" thick material placed on the surface of wide forms and all forms used under structural slabs. This product prevents punctures and pinpoint loading during the construction process and bridges gaps between paper forms, eliminating concrete from entering these spaces.
LEDGE FORMS
Ledge forms provide rigid, consistent forming for elevation changes, at interior or exterior step-downs. Designed with a foam-core interior, hardboard at concrete face, OSB at nailing face, wrapped in thick polyethylene stretch film for several uses when proper care is taken.
BEAM POCKET FORMS
Beam pocket forms create open areas within concrete walls or grade beams, allowing a specific place for the ends of load-bearing beams. Designed for easy installation and removal, these forms ensure clean block outs that minimizes grouting repairs.
